"In what ways am I willing to adopt a whole new attitude about weight control, body image and eating?"

My "new" thoughts about food is that it is nothing more than nutrition that is needed to keep me alive. It is not entertainment, I need it 3 times a day and I fill the rest of my day with living. I no longer focus on the food or my next meal. Instead, it is on loving life!!!
