The Slip

"If I slip, I will try again. Practice makes perfect, and I expect to practice abstinence until I 'get it.' What is the alternative? For Today: I will not waste time blaming myself, but instead, try again."

If I slip, I need help from another compulsive overeater. I don't get abstinent by myself in this program and I definitely don't stay abstinent without a sponsor to help guide me. The three times I've slipped have all been after I slowly but surely became unwilling to truly seek and acceptance guidance from another compulsive overeater who had what I wanted. I never want to return to the "I'll try again on Monday" life again.

Each and every day comes with a great joy and happiness ,we shall put our total efforts into the work rather than fearing about the result .
